Copyright and Access to programs
Unpermitted use of copyrighted materials is unfair to those who pay the price for a product, the content creators and the team that provides access and support. Unless otherwise specified the purchase of a product is considered a license for a single seat only and content, images, files, recordings or other electronic media, access, assets, logins, passwords or any other material may not be sold, shared, distributed, copied or otherwise made available unless explicitly permitted by the company in writing.
The author’s work is automatically protected under U.S. copyright law. In the case of a violation the provider and their agents reserve the right to take action that may include terminating course access and recalling any assets without warning as well as pursuing damages under the full extent of the law. We apply safeguards to secure copyright and track access to our materials including IP tracking and audits.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The full amount (minus the refund fee) will be refunded upon written request to firstname.lastname@example.org up to 14 days prior to the start of a program unless otherwise specified. Refund requests up until the start of the program will be credited toward future programs. Refund requests after the start/launch of a program will not be granted. Sliding scale, stipends or subsidies cannot be refunded. All refunds carry a $50 processing fee that will be deducted at the time of refund. The fee covers the charges that our payment processor charges and the manual off-boarding from our learning platform, CRM, social media groups, and the time it takes for our support team to manage that process.
